What Is The Returns Policy?
All items that you wish to return must be posted within 14 days of the items delivery date. All items must be returned in the original condition with all labels attached or your returns may not be accepted.
Please ensure you fill out the returns form supplied with your order, and slip this inside the returns package. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, please list what size you would prefer under the 'Exchange' section of the returns form. Please send all returns to our warehouse address below, as per MonMoka.com terms and conditions, the customer is responsible for the returns postage fee.
All returns should be sent by proof/certificate of posting.
Once your returns have been received, we aim to process your return and refund within 14/21 days. We advise all of our customers to keep proof of postage until the refund has been processed.

Missing Items
If you have ordered multiple items it is possible that they have been shipped in multiple parcels. These parcels will be numbered. If having checked all your parcels, an item is still missing, please check all packaging as often smaller items can be placed inside larger for packing efficiency. If you still cannot locate an item, please contact us within seven working days and we will make arrangements to resolve the issue.
